May 4th is no longer far away, which means Mumford and Sons‘ upcoming album soon will be in our hands. This is their third studio album and will go under the name ‘Wilder Minds’. For the eager ones it’s possible to pre-order your album on their website.

You guys remember Anna Jadéus & the Miracle Orchestra that we wrote about not too long ago? Finally they’re soon about to release their debut album ‘Ramtadam’ on Rolling Sound Records. To celebrate this fantastic news, there will be a release party at Babel in Malmö, Sweden, on May 22nd. The keywords for the evening will be ‘Music, Love and Revolution’.

Lovely! The amazing, English rock band Blur are about to release their eight studio album. This will be the first studio album since ‘Think Tank‘ in 2003. On April 27th ‘The Magic Whip’ will be available on rough market, we are counting the days!

The British indie rock band ‘The Cribs’ just released their fifth album. The band was formed in late 2001 as a recording project by the three brothers that the band consists of. On March 20th the album ‘To all my sisters’ became available on Spotify. Have a listen to it and let us know what you think!

A few weeks ago the new Swedish festival ‘Where’s the Music?’ took its first place in Norrköping, Sweden. 4689 tickets where sold and the three days festival offered 144 artists performing on ten stages and a two days conference consisted by interesting lectures and delegates from all over the world.
The main goal with the festival was to introduce new talents to a bigger audience, to deliberate questions about the music business and build a platform for discussion and exchanges of ideas.

‘The Amazing’ is a Swedish band with a genre hard to describe in regular words. According to their own Facebook description, they describe the genre simply as ‘Music’. Probably a reasonable way to put it.
The band just released their third album ‘Picture You’ on February 16th. Listen to it here.
How would you describe their music?
The Swedish singer and performance artist Ida Long just released her mini album ‘Ida Long vs. Mintelligence’. This is one album out of her two that will be released this year. Next album will be out in September in form of a full lenght album to look forward to.

We are happy to announce that the Lund located indie band ‘Blind Child’ is now signed up to Emues. The band recently played at Babel in Malmö, Sweden, on the Emergenza Festival and got on second place. This means they soon again will be playing in the second round of the competition. Don’t miss that opportunity, people!
